Jaime Garcia

Jaime P. Garcia grew up in Nogales, Sonora, Mexico. He moved to Flagstaff, Arizona, to attend Northern Arizona University and has lived in the State since then. Jaime graduated Summa Cum Laude in Criminal Justice. Right after that, he obtained his Juris Doctor degree from Arizona State University College of Law.

Jaime is licensed to practice in the State of Arizona and District 9 of the Federal Court. His ample knowledge of our criminal system and his extensive experience representing hundreds of clients in all types of criminal cases and personal injury cases has helped him to provide clients with the most aggressive and effective legal representation possible. His legal skills and tireless devotion toward his clients have earned him the respect and admiration of his colleagues, clients and the community.

Jaime has demonstrated his devotion towards helping the community by being involved in fighting for people’s rights as an attorney through his held positions in different law firms, his law firm Garcia Law Group, PLLC, the Mexican Consulate, Chicano Latino Law Students Association, Los Abogados Hispanic Bar Association, and El Puente Human Rights Movement.

Jaime continuously sharpens his legal expertise at Garcia Law Group, PLLC, appearing in various television and radio programs, and public forums to educate and inform people that they have the right to be represented in any legal issues they might encounter and no matter what the circumstances and their legal status in this country may be, they must exercise that right.
