What are the steps to take when you are a victim of a car accident?
Stay safe
Keep calm

Exchange information

What is the process for a personal injury case?
The process varies with the nature of each case. For example, the process for a motor vehicle accident case is different from a slip and fall or a dog bite accident case. At the same time, the procedure can be different depending on whether the defendant has insurance.
However, the initial steps include setting up the claim, making sure that our clients receive the medical treatment needed. We help clients resolve property damage claims at no extra charge. After client completes medical treatment, a demand package is prepared and sent to insurance company of the responsible party. Once this occurs, the negotiation process begins until a settlement is reached. What is the likelihood that my case will settle or likely to go to trial?
The majority of personal injury cases settle without having to go to court. Only a small percentage of cases go to trial, most are resolved before a trial occurs. The likelihood of going to trial depends on the facts and issues of each individual case.
